Karen Clarkson
Director, Business Hub Romsey
Karen is Partner and Head of Marketing at Parker Bullen LLP; a local law firm with values centred on community spirit, which Karen also lives and breathes. Having been a part of the Romsey community for the last three years, Karen has supported several different initiatives and events, including Romsey Relay Marathon, Romsey Mayor’s Picnic, Burns Night held at Romsey Rugby Club, and much more.
After working alongside Ali, Suzi and Philippa for two years in a different organisation, Karen was excited about the prospect to create Business Hub Romsey alongside such talented local women with their own set of skills, whether that is branding, event management, administration, organisation, social media…the list goes on. Having the opportunity to create an environment for local businesses to come together, grow their network and learn from each other in the very best venues in the area will always be something that Karen is proud to be a part of.
Alongside the community events, networking is a great passion for Karen, who has been to over 150 events in the last 12 months all across the South! Meeting new people and learning about their business, their passions and their journey will always motivate Karen…people often ask where she gets her energy from, and this is it!
